I am using free OCR api and it crashes constantly.
Will these constant crashes be fixed?
Sorry, the free OCR API is currently overloaded. This triggered the frequent downtimes in the last days. We plan to add new servers this week ASAP, and this will solve the issue.
The PRO/PRO PDF ocr endpoints are not affected by this issue, as they run on different servers.

Engine 1 and 2 are both still showing down and when I test it is not working?

Sorry, this free ocr api server update took longer than expected. But all looks good now. If you continue to see any issues, please inform us.
The PRO OCR API endpoints were not affected by this issue. We roll out all new updates to the free OCR API first. And only once everything is stable, we deploy an update to the PRO machines (usually a few weeks later).
