I have to scan some newspaper to import my database. I need to import using csv. The newspaper has the information in tables. Can you anyone create an ocr script for me that would export into csv. The newspapers already has its information in tables

Ok, I understand. This is certainly doable, but as you mentioned yourself, it needs a dedicated custom solution to detect all the different newspaper columns reliably and to deal with the rather low (dark, low contrast) image quality.
Please tell me what programming language this software is written in and tell me where I can find a programmer
