In my opinione not, you must use a paid service to solve captcha, ui vision is not created for this.
Is this for use with the RPA software? The built-in screen scraping OCR can only solve simple Captchas. But you can use external captcha breaking services. See here: Solve Recaptcha/Other Captcha with Kantu
