Macro stops at file selection window on chrome(windows 7)

I have tested the macro in my mac (os mavericks) using chrome and as well as on chrome (windows 10) the file selection part works totally fine.

However on windows 7,(chrome) it stops at the file selection window.

anyone faced this issue? could it be something to do with windows 7 settings?

Hi, can you add a screenshot? I am not sure what exactly the “file selection” part is.

I have a feeling you are running into an issue with a Chrome update. Take a look here and see if this fixes it using the Xtype module

thanks! so the chrome update was the culprit, I have managed to get it to work with Xmodules. Unfortunately with Xmodules only 25 commands are allowed and have to purchase license to use it.
