Is that anyone willing to help create a macro for a fee?

What i wanted to create should not be very complicated for those who is familiar with UI Vision.

Basically i want to exact a value from each row of a html table then take this value to retrieve the matching value from a csv file and take the matching value fill in back to a text field of each row in the same table.

Pls let me know if anyone willing to help.
