Formal Training on using UI.Vision

Hello, I was wondering is there any type of formal training my team and I could get on this product? We have been using it for about a year now and there are still some parts of the software we’d like to get more familiar with. We also just added some new team members that are not familiar with automated testing. Currently, we have the Pro Edition license. I know the documentation is very helpful but it would be useful for us to get on a call with someone from support to run through some of the tests we have created to potentially optimize them. Hello, yes, we offer remote consulting and macro creation services.

For July and August we are almost fully booked, but I guess we might be able to squezze in a smaller project. Please email tech support and just mention this forum post.

If this is about training: It would be useful to know what kind of task(s) you want to automate, so we can suggest specific training areas.

Would you mind supplying me with your training pricing model? We are looking to most likely just get on with a trainer for a day at max.

Training, consulting and/or macro creation services are billed at US$99/hour currently.

Of course, this pricing only applies to services directly from us (Ui.Vision). The freelancers in this thread have their own pricing/billing models.

Does the price stay the same if multiple people are on the call? Like I said, we have multiple new team members who need to learn this software.

Yes, the price stays the same. You can have as many people on the call as you want.

Sorry for the late response, but I just emailed Ann and sent some examples of where we are having issues within our macros and also requested to set up a training session.
