XModules Not Getting Installed in Chromebook (Linux is Turned On)

  1. Downloaded uivision-xmodules-linux-v202103.AppImage and Marked it Executable
  2. Changed directory in Terminal
  3. bash 1install.sh
  4. Process Completed with Success Message
  5. Then, in Settings -> XModules, it is still showing not installed
  6. Tried with Older Version as Well (ui.vision-xmodules-linux-v202009.zip). That also did’nt Worked

The UI.Vision RPA core (the browser extension) works well on Chromebooks, but the XModules are not tested on Chromebooks yet.

(Linux is Turned On)

What Linux version is installed?

Yes you CAN use ui vision xmodules on a chromebook!!! Just turn on Linux and install chromium (chrome Linux browser) then install the Linux xmodules AppImage. The xmodules work great on my chromebook in the chromium browser!!! (the chromebook’s chrome browser can not access the Linux container and so does not see the installed Linux xmodules).
