Whatsapp Web message to trigger event

Good afternoon everyone,

because I’m really new in the field of Kantu I’d like to ask if my below described use case could be done in Kantu.

Use case: WIth the whatsapp browser tab (only having one contact) a certain text is getting send. a) is it possible to also use the LATEST message to trigger an action b) it shall open a url and searching for the content which was send in the latest message.

So basicaly key question is - is a continous look up for a new message possible?

Yes, that is possible. You can search for updates to the page several ways:

In the browser page DOM with one of the selenium ide web scraping commands
in the page source code with sourceSearch
Visually (search for image or for text). For a complex website like the WhatsAppWeb, this is the easiest method. It will be very similar to this project:
