UI.Vision command line error: Ui.Vision] A listener indicated an asynchronous

I have been using UI.Vision script for scheduled tasks for a long time. I’m still on v9, and old x-modules. Suddenly, I started getting the following error whenever I launch a script from command line or from bookmark. If I launch from within UI.VISION extension it works fine. When I get the error, the UI.Vision window (from command line) just hangs. Any ideas?

[Ui.Vision] A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

Is this on Windows, Mac or Linux? We have not changed anything with Ui.Vision V9 or XModule 1 in the recent months.
