UI Vision 9.5.3 and recent Firefox updates

Has anyone noticed intermittent long delays with recent Firefox updates? To be as specific as possible:

1 - I am running UI Vision 9.5.3 (Pro Edition).
2 - I am running Firefox version 139.0.4 and Firefox Developer Edition version 140.0b9
3 - I have experienced the problems that I will describe in more detail on PCs running Windows 10, and another running Windows 11 (the Windows 11 PC involves a fresh installation of everything - OS and all applications). The problems are identical on each PC.

When opening UI Vision in Firefox, there is first a long delay loading my macros (all of which are stored locally on my PC).

Once the macros finally load (takes ~25 to 30 seconds), whichever macro was last used prior to last closing Firefox is displayed, but the “Save” button is activated, suggesting that some change had been made to the macro (even though no change had been made). Clicking on to another macro triggers the prompt to save or discard changes. I opt to discard changes, but UI Vision does not navigate away from the current macro. I click on another macro again, and same thing happens: prompt to save or discard changes occurs. Click “discard” (or “save”) and nothing happens - still cannot navigate to another macro.

This goes on for another 45 seconds to 1 minute or so.

Eventually, I can navigate to and run my macros as normal.

If I make any modifications to a macro, then save it, there is a long delay waiting for the macro to start (~20 seconds or so), after which it runs normally.

Finally, downloading images locally during macro execution also causes UI vision to delay, again, ~20 seconds or so for each download.

This seems to have something to do with the way UI Vision communicates with locally-stored data via Firefox.

This was not always the case with UI Vision 9.5.3 and Firefox. It started with a recent Firefox update, but I don’t have a record of exactly which version was the first to trigger the problems.

I hope that this is enough information to diagnose the problem. None of the problems described happen with Chrome. I rarely use Edge but don’t recall any issues with that browser.

Thanks for the help.
