RealUser XModule is not installed yet for both Chrome and Firefox, Input is English

Hi,

Browser: Tried both Chrome and Firefox
OS: MacOS Sierra
UI.Vision: 5.8.8

I read in forum that the problem is due to non-English input. However, my input method is English (specifically U.S.).

I just can’t get RealUser Xmodule to work. Help.

This issue was with Chinese input. It is fixed meanwhile. But as you said, this is/was not your issue.

Can you test this on a second machine? Is it the same issue there? Right now I have only access to a Catalina mac.
