A user asked us how to best OCR-read this electricity meter (it is a German “stromzähler”):
The output of OCR Engine1 and 2 is indeed not very good, the reason is that the image too blur.
So the solution is:

Sharpen the image, then Engine2 works fine with it

Or use OCR Engine3 - it can read the image as it is. You get the best number OCR result by using Korean, Japanese or Chinese as OCR language:
