Question about Canceling PRO Plan Subscription

We subscribed to the PRO plan last month and made the payment via PayPal. We now wish to cancel the subscription to prevent the next billing cycle.

I reviewed the instructions on https://ocr.space/updatesubscription, but we have not received the email containing our customer URL, so we are unable to manage the subscription ourselves.

I have sent several emails regarding this matter but have not received any responses.

How to cancel the subscription? With only a few days remaining until the next billing date, I would greatly appreciate your prompt help.

Hi, I if you never received the order email in the first place, this means that the email you used at signup time was wrong/different.

But no problem: Please contact our tech support and simply mention your api key. With this information we can look up your account and update the email (or, in your case, cancel the subscription for your directly).
