I am a bit disappointed as I purchased the professional version and was promised support! It has been roughly 3 weeks and tumble weeds no response from support ui.vision or anyone? Is anybody else having this issue do you know whom to talk to get issued a refund as the only reason I purchased the upgrade was to talk to someone???
