OCR API throwing error for TIFF multi-page

Hi, I have PRO PDF Plan for OCR API and trying a TIFF multi-page file which contain 21 pages. Send file in 2 way

  1. Send base64 data Error API : The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large.

2.) Send File URL 58.2 MB file :
{“ParsedResults”:,“OCRExitCode”:99,“IsErroredOnProcessing”:true,“ErrorMessage”:[“Out of memory.”],“ProcessingTimeInMilliseconds”:“2500”}

Please suggest how can i use API for big file.

Hi, that should not happen.

  • What OCR engine are you using (1,2, 3 or 5)?

  • Can please post a link to the file here, or send it to me directly at team AT ocr.space (just mention this forum post).
