Is there a way for us to pay you more to increase the number of parallel threads we can run?

If you need more parallel threads the best way is to get a second OCR subscription, and then use both API keys in your API calls. This will give you double threads total (or triple the number of threads for 3 subscriptions/API keys, etc).
Of course, using more api keys also doubles/triples the number of monthly conversions.
