Yes, me too… OCR API free tier is not working
The free OCR API tier was overloaded earlier today, sorry about this. At the moment all looks good. Also, we are in the process of adding new OCR servers. So in a few days the overall performance should be better again.
Our PRO OCR services are not affected by this issue, as they run on different servers.
My pro api isn’t working, it hasn’t been active since I bought it, it’s been 7 days now that it hasn’t worked, it’s urgent.
@Jossue This must a something related to your setup, not an API issue.
The PRO OCR API is up, - and was up all the time the last weeks. If you still have an issue, please contact tech support with the following info:
=>If you test the connection with Postman, do you get the same result?
You probably know it, but just in case: Postman is a free app.
If you see the problem even with Postman, a screenshot of the result could be helpful.
Also, we are in the process of adding new OCR servers.
