OCR API doesn't work

For both Endpoints:

I cannot send PDFs anymore. Only images.

Is there any issue at this moment?

Ok so basically I found out that OCR Engine 3 is the issue.

Now, I don’t know if I ran out of conversions or if it is any issue ongoint with this Engine.

I would like for the PDF PRO plan which is already the most expensive one except the Custom, to have a higher limit for this Engine like 100000.

Please contact us at team AT ocr.space and mention your api key, then we can check what the issue is. In general, Engine 3 is running fine.

Hello, it turned out there was indeed an issue with Engine3 and some PDF preprocessing. The issue is fixed now. Thank you for reporting it!

Engine3 is not using classic OCR methods but uses large language models (LLM) for the OCR task. The compute and server costs for Engine3 are much higher, therefore we need to have different limits for Engine1/2 vs 3.
