Need help with UI.Vision XModule installation

Hi everyone,

The UI.Vision XModule for Chrome won’t run for me, despite my best efforts. The UI.Vision website’s installation steps were followed, but the XModule doesn’t appear to be appearing in Chrome.

The XModule has been attempted to be uninstalled and reinstalled, and I have also verified that my Chrome browser is up to current. But no success so far.

Are there any recommendations for what I should attempt next, please? Given that I’m still learning UI.Vision, any assistance would be highly appreciated.

Hello, just to clarify:

Are you talking about the Ui.Vision Chrome extension or the XModules? You will see the Chrome extension in the browser.

The XModules are native apps. Their installation status is displayed inside the Chrome extension. To see it, go to the Settings, then view the XModules tab.
