Move command row with drag-n-drop and add empty command to the upper row

I want to suggest some features:

The first one is the possibility to change the order of the command visually with a drag-n-drop.
So for example from
Ordine%201
to
Ordine%202

The second feature add the in the Options to add 3 more buttons (and remove 1) like that:
kantu%20ops

The first button from the left:

  1. Remove the command
  2. Copy the command to the upper row
  3. Copy the commend to the lower row
  4. Add empty command to the upper row
  5. Add empty commend to the lower row
