Missing Secondary factors when restoring from backup

After a backup and then restoring from a zipped file, I noticed that the secondary factors are missing. Is there a way to avoid that ?

In versions prior to V8.3.8 the secondary locators where not stored when in hard-drive mode. This issue is fixed now.

I just tried it in version 8.3.9 within Chrome. Backing up and restoring still removes the secondary factors
