Minimize Data Entry Macro for Invoices - Help small businesses survive

Newbie - thinking of doing something valuable for many - post covid small family businesses are hurting & need to reduce cost centers - thinking this could be done within this community & shared - kill data entry need from invoices and have them be automatically exported to excel. Have a case study and willing to do the leg work, but not sure where & how to start - general guidance or macros that have already been used please? (Thinking generally how can a macro that allows for minimal edits regardless of invoices being from different countries, languages, suppliers can be best handled in the future so this could have maximum impact)
