I just install ui.vision on chrome
I click +Macro then put the name there.
I click Record
but nothing response , no recording at all.

Thanks for the screenshot (I copied it below). The issue is that you are not on a website - your are on a special Chrome page (e. g. the same as the Chrome settings page). Regular website automation does not work on such a page, you must use desktop automation.
Or - if the goal is to automate a Google search - simply load Google.com in the browser.
