What I want is, if an image only show up once or none, the status of command show up false. If rpa find the image two times (means two same picture) in the screenshot, the status of command show up true, is it probably?
In general that is doable. Can you please post an example screenshot of the situation? Then I can give you more specific advice.
Oh, captcha breaking is tricky 
- Ui.Vision can not do this, but you can use captcha breaking services (or any other API!) from within ui.vision.
