I am using it for file explorer, and is not working.

I confirmed that (only) KEY_ALT+KEY_UP does not work in Windows Explorer. However, other explorer shortcuts like KEY_WIN+KEY_UP or KEY_ALT+KEY_D work fine! => This is strange.

As a workaround for now I suggest an XClick on the “Up” arrow:
