If and statement for two elements

having A recurrence of this in version 6.2.8

"Web page connection issue. Retrying last command."

Is there any possible way to switch this off? Or any way to adjust how long it waits for a page load? I get this error almost every time I run selectwindow | tab=open After that, I get an error: ipcPromise: onAsk timeout 3000 for cmd “DOM_READY”, args “[object Object]”

appears to have been a timeout figure being to small,increased it and issue went away
