I can open multiple Kantu IDE windows

This is not a critical bug but more a stability issue (chrome and maybe other browsers):
I can open multiple Kantu IDE windows if I want:

  1. Make sure Kantu is set up to be loaded in a side bar
  2. Open Kanut in a side bar by clicking the kantu Icon in the browser title bar
  3. Click the [Open IDE] button in the Kantu side bar
  4. Click the kantu icon in the browser title bar again
  5. Kantu opens again in the side bar (without closing the open Kantu IDE window
  6. Click the [Open IDE] button in the Kantu side bar (side bar closes but second Kantu IDE windows open
  7. continue with [2.] to open unlimited kantu IDE windows

I confirmed the issue. It seems to happen sometimes when one opens or closes the IDE/sidebar very fast one after another. But as you said, it does not influence the functions.

it happens all the time!
When you follow the instruction above. Does not matter how fast I do that. :slight_smile:

This does usually not happen for me (but a few times I saw it). In my test, it usually simply brings the already open IDE window to the front, as in this video of a test:

I tried again and it happens for all the time. I don’t know where your open IDE window goes if you reopen kantu in a side bar. But mine stays all the time. That is why it opens multiple windows.
As you can see form the previous screen shot I’m at the same version you are.
