Can you please post some example of your checkboxes and forms? Then we can test the checkbox detection to see if our system supports them out of the box, or if some customization is required.

Thanks for the sample. I tested it. Unfortunately, our default OMR engine can not detect these checkboxes “out of the box”. It would need some customization, so it is not available with the free plan.

As you can see, the result is good and usable—even for this tricky, manually filled form and the rather fuzzy image. Checkbox OCR isn’t perfect yet; in this example, some empty checkboxes are missed. If you (or anyone else) run into issues with specific forms, let us know—there’s a good chance we can tweak the recognition to handle them better.
