How to run macros from url, outside the browser
You mean call the macros from a server (url?)
Would you be willing to pull the Macros down from the server to the local machine first (via powershell/wget/linux terminal?), and then have your local system launch the API/html for UI vision?
Can you provide more information on your use case?

it is windows machine placed on an cloud, I would like to run the server from url: some_domain.com/run.chrome_extetion
