How get value from csv and enter it in filed?

hello i’m trying to automate registration on my site and i got alot of users name and emails that i need to enter and register. I need the Ui to get the value email from csv file and enter it in the field on the site then click on option point and then click on next and store the create value in a separate file .

any idea how can i do that ?
