After many failed attempts to purchase via FastSprint, I was able to complete the purchase via the paddle site. It has been two days, how long before I receive my license code?
An order via the Paddle payment processor (our backup online store) is manually processed by our sales team. That is why there is no instant key delivery. But I checked the records and see that you received the license key earlier today.
I lost my activation or license key that I purchased around Nov 2019. This happened because I needed to upgrade my computer due to failure.
