We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by the rather long outage yesterday. It was our first large scale technical issue for years. We worked all night, and the service is up and running fine again.
In addition, we accelerated the roll-out of our third PRO endpoint. It brings more OCR processing capacity and additional redundancy. It is available to select users today. We expect a general roll-out of this new PRO endpoint next week. If you are interested in using the new endpoint right away, please contact tech support and simply mention this forum post.
