Free API is working Paid is down

What’s going on with this? Just signed up for paid service because the other one was down constantly. Now this “98% up time” service has been down all day.

Not sure why you are having outages. I use it mainly Monday-Friday 7AM CT and 4PM CT. It runs on a schedule multiple times a day. So far (knock on wood) I have not experienced an outage. I think I have been using it for a couple of years (after the death of iMacros).

Maybe more of a description of what the outage output shows. Just trying to help.

Hi @NoahBrett_Hamilton - our PRO1 was down for a few hours, sorry about that. But the other endpoint, PRO2, was up and running just fine. For mission critical ocr we highly recommend to use some kind of fail over logic between these two PRO endpoints. Because we guarantee that they will never be down at the same time (or money back!). Of course, any downtime is bad and we aim that both endpoints are running just fine most of the time.

It was down off and on that whole day, and it was both servers. I have a failover but not a 30 second failover like what is recomended because this app needs to move pretty quick, this morning one server is down and the other was bogging to 30 seconds so it was failing both. Is something going on that you guys are having issues lately or is this always how it is?

Yeah, I had the same problem here pro1 and pro2 down at same time and free was down too.

How to request a support in this case?
