Error when using XClick

Hi there,
I was recently introduced to XClick a few days and after installing the module things worked fine.

But today for some reason when I run my script as soon as it gets to the XClick step it times out with this error:

  • info]

OCR (eng) started (246.5 KB)

  • [error]

Line 5: NetworkError: Failed to execute ‘importScripts’ on ‘WorkerGlobalScope’: The script at ‘chrome-extension://goapmjinbaeomoemgdcnnhoedopjnddd/lib/tesseract/core/tesseract-core-simd-lstm.wasm.js’ failed to load.

Based on the extension ID it seems you are using an Enterprise custom built of Ui.Vision? → Please reinstall the Chrome extension. We fixed this issue.

No I’m just using UI Vision on Microsoft Edge (consumer).
Nothing related to Enterprise.

Things I’ve tried.

  • Restarting Browser
  • Restarting UI Vision
  • Uninstalling UI Vision and Re-installing it.

Still getting the same error

What is tesseract? Is that something that baked into UI Vision as I don’t remember installing it and XClick did work for a few days when I first set it up. Not sure why it’s complaining all of a sudden now

We confirmed the issue and submitted a bug fix to the Edge store. It should be approved in a few days. The new version will be V9.3.6 - this is like V9.3.5 but with this bug fixed.

This bug affects only the Edge extension built. Therefore V9.3.6 is only available and needed for Edge.

Hey @admin
I’ve updated to 9.3.6 in Edge today as it has finally popped up in the Edge App store.
XClickText (OCR) is now working again, thank you.
However there is a small bug that I thought I would report.

It seems to fail for scanning text that has a , (comma)
For example this it will fail to find.
“Curtains, Blinds & Windows” because of the comma after curtains.

I knew this was working last week as my scripts were working fine and now I’m having to use wildcards to modify them.

Anyways if you can take a look when you get spare time, cheers
