I am attempting to take a desktop screenshot to specify a target for an XClick command. However, when I switch to desktop automation and “Select” a target it gives me the error message: “Error #SC2: Can not start Snippingtool. Please contact support.” What can I do to resolve this? When I am not in desktop automation, the select tool works just fine. It is just whenever I try and take a screenshot with desktop automation enabled that is messing it up (for the purposes of what I am doing, I need desktop automation). I purchased the Personal Edition thinking this would solve it, but it did not. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
