Install fails
Error Message “an error occured while trying to rename a file in the destination directory
MoveFile Failed; Code 5
Access is denied”
Environment is Windows 10;
I am the administrator (the only user)
I have run the install as administrator, and without selecting that option
I have added exceptions, and entirely turned off AV (Bit Defender)
installing ui.vision-xmodules-setup-v202009.exe

Is this a regular private Win 10 machine, or maybe inside a company (= with some folder and features locked down)?

Strange… we never saw this issue before. I am not sure what is causing it. Can you maybe try on a second machine for comparison?
sorry, the only other computer i have is a company computer, and I know that wont work
I also suffer from this condition, have tried it on 2 PCs. There seems to be a compatibility issue with avast.
