Over the past few days we have been getting an error from time to time and wonder if it is something we are doing wrong or if there is a know issue?

Hello, I have a few questions to check on this:
- What OCR endpoint are you using?
- What OCR Engine are you using (1,2 or 3)?
You are also welcome to test our upcoming new PRO endpoint (Beta):

We are using apipro1 and mainly using engine 1 but have tried engine2 as well.
Always difficult to pin down the problem when it doesn’t happen all the time.
