Error Code only ocurring from time to time

Over the past few days we have been getting an error from time to time and wonder if it is something we are doing wrong or if there is a know issue?

Hello, I have a few questions to check on this:

  • What OCR endpoint are you using?
  • What OCR Engine are you using (1,2 or 3)?

You can use it instead of the PRO1 or PRO2 endpoints.

We are using apipro1 and mainly using engine 1 but have tried engine2 as well.

Always difficult to pin down the problem when it doesn’t happen all the time.
