Engine 3 is consistently returning E101 (Timeout) errors for me right now.
I have already tried optimizing my requests (disabled overlay/orientation, reduced image size), but it still fails. This is a critical blocker as the other engines cannot handle my document complexity.
Is there a known outage? When can I expect a resolution?

OCR Engine3 uses much more CPU/GPU resources for each image to text conversion, and the capacity on our free ocr api is currently limited. Thus sometimes it is overloaded. We will be adding more servers soon.
For example, this is the load of Engine3 in the last 24 hours:
as the other engines cannot handle my document complexity.
Can you post an example image? That would be helpful for our testing.
