Doesn’t want to recognize what’s wrong?
It worked until today, I tried to replace the file in your example with my own, and it complains about it. How to fix?

When I click the link I get NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID in Chrome. => So the certificate is invalid and the OCR API can not download the image. This triggers the E216 error.
