Can you please check your spam folder? We use the Brevo email service to send the sign-up emails and “usually” it works. If you can not find any email from OCR.space, please try to sign-up with another email. Then it should work.
Meanwhile you can use the (very limited) api key “helloworld” for some initial testing.
