I am using Free OCR API for my personal development software.
To simplify the settings on the end-user side, I would like to distribute software with hard-coded Free API Key.
I would like to ask about the details of Rate Limit.
Rate limit of 500 requests within one day per IP address to prevent accidental spamming.
The API description says the above.
I construe that as daily rate limit is NOT “500 calls / DAY per Free API key”, is that correct?
If we use one Free API Key with different IP addresses, can each end-user use the API up to 500 calls / DAY ?
