CSV is not looping if rows are 10 or more
I tested by adding one row at a time.

does this apply to a specific CSV file you are using or any?
I do suspect there might be something in your CSV file that prevents the script from finishing.
Maybe check there are special characters in your csv file that mess around with kantu. Maybe a wrong line break?
