I am having an issue where I am trying to enable the desktop function of the Copyfish OCR on my Windows 10 computer (I’m using Firefox as my browser), but the add-on does not seem to be recognizing the presence of the helper app.
The ‘Options’ screen claims that the file access status is not installed, while the desktop screenshot status is. When I attempt to take a desktop screenshot, however, the notification says “please install the desktop screenshot module first”.
