Copyfish: Mac Desktop Shortcut Keys don't work

I like the software overall, but the shortcut keys don’t work. When i press shift+control+2 nothing happens, i tried other key combinations as well.

Anyone else?

Is this question for UI Vision or maybe for the Copyfish OCR addon?

i got the OCR addon from chrome and it works there, then i did both installs for use on desktop and it doesn’t trigger

Currently the Copyfish shortcuts are not global. This means they work only if the browser is open and Copyfish was already used once during the session.

I agree that truly global shortcuts would be very useful to have. They are on our todo list.
