I have OCR installed and am running latest versions.

The problem usually isn’t with the installation itself, but with the connection between the browser extension and the local XModule.

Please go to the UI.Vision settings and select the XModule tab. If it doesn’t explicitly say “Status: Installed” (green), the browser can’t access the OCR engine. Often, simply reinstalling the XModule or briefly resetting the browser’s file access permissions resolves the issue.
