When the app is refreshed, the left side of the app is already expanded. Sometimes it’s better to have all the folders “closed” so it’s easier to navigate especially if there are multiple folders on the project

Yes! A toggle button to close and open all folders would be nice.
On my machine (W10, Chrome) the folders persist through open/close and refreshes and don’t all open like what you described
I notice that the folders are all “opened” once I get a fresh pull from our repo. I’m using Mac Big Sur/ Chrome.
