Start by recording the steps for one complaint using Ui.Vision’s recorder, which captures the targets for your clicks and typing.

Also, pause | 2400000 means a single 40-minute wait. The macro currently has no loop to process every complaint and no scheduling logic to run at night.

Please share the first failing command and its exact error from the Log tab, if any. Should it process one complaint or all complaints in the Pending and Reopen lists? A short recorded macro with personal information removed would help us suggest the next steps.

The main issue is that the selectors are still placeholders (PENDING_SELECTOR_HERE, DETAILS_SELECTOR_HERE, etc.). You’ll need to replace them with the actual CSS/XPath selectors from the CCMS page.

Also, the 2400000 ms pause is 40 minutes, so the macro will simply sit there for that period before processing reopened Maxim Time Clock employee portal items.

A better approach would be to use wait-for-element commands instead of fixed pauses wherever possible. This makes the automation much more reliable if the page loads faster or slower than expected.
