whenever i open a new windown in incognito mode it opens in normal mode. i have to test in incognito mode what should i do

I am using the command SelectWindow|tab=open| but seems to open the webpage in normal mode.
Did you ever determine the issue? I am experiencing the same problem. I have my settings set to allow Incognito but this command still opens in a regular browser.
