Why does it say this error message when I cleary have internet?
I think you have to install xmodules first because it indicates at the bottom that it is not installed
@newuserkantu Hello, the XModules are highly-recommended, but they are not required to enter the license key. Note: Sometime in 2024 there might be a change and then the XModules are indeed needed, but not yet.
Can’t activate despite Internet connection:
It is a very rare issue, but usually when this issue happens it is that the user is behind a corporate firewall or a proxy server that blocks access to the .ocr.space domain. Our Ui.Vision license api is hosted on this domain, as we use the infrastructure of our OCR API service for it.
=> As a test, can you navigate to https://ocr.space/ in your browser? Then all should be fine.
