I’ve just downloaded the Kantu Web Browser Automation and I want to create some test cases. However, i can’t seem to create test cases other than Macros. Can someone help me?

Test cases is just another word for macros.
The screenshot is from the test suites tab. A test suite is a collection of macros (test cases) that are executed one after another. So you first have to record and create macros, and then you can combine them into a testsuite.
